If you even have to think about the answer to this question, you need to be reminded how much fun FUN can be! With over 9,000 things to eat, drink and enjoy at the Oregon State Fair, chances are you will rediscover fun.

The non-stop fun at the 2014 Oregon State Fair kicks off Friday August 22nd and goes through Labor Day Weekend. Here is what you need to know:

When is it? August 22, 2014-September 1, 2014. Hours are Mon — Thur: 10 am to 10 pm and Fri — Sun: 10 am to 11 pm

How much is it? Admission prices are as followed (Tip- save money by buying your tickets in advance by clicking here): Adults $8 (12 and up) Kids $6 (6 to 11) Seniors $6 (62 and up). Parking: General Parking: $5 is VIP Parking: $20. Advance Discount Unlimited Ride Wristband $35.00 plus $1.50 service fee(a $15 savings). Wristband for advance purchase – only available through Aug 21, 2014, price is $50 starting Aug 22, 2014. Ride & Game Tickets 120 for 50.00 SAVE 20% $50.00(Plus $1.50 Service Fee) Each ride requires 8-9 tickets per ride. Good on rides, games, and Funtastic food stands only.

What about Entertainment? Music legends Joan Jett, Charlie Daniels and The Beach Boys will join Ziggy Marley
and comedian David Spade at the Oregon State Fair this summer, rocking the fairgrounds alongside the ultimate
Beatles tribute band, The Fab Four, Buckcherry, Emblem 3, the NEWSBOYS, and Chris Young. Concerts are FREE with
paid fair admission; VIP Experience tickets on sale now.

But that’s not all. Don’t miss the dozens of special exhibits and competitions that are truly unique to the Oregon State Fair along with Familyville, sponsored by Les Schwab Tire Centers.

Of course!  Find all of your favorite fair foods!  Be sure to also check out Pairings: A Celebration of Oregon Wine, Cuisine & Music August 15, 2014 from 4:00 to 9:00 pm on the 2-acre garden located on the 17th Street side of the Oregon State Fairgrounds.
